Ivy Chaung is artistically gifted and talented. What sets her apart from another artists is the kind of spirit that accompanies her with all her creations. She has the ability to perceive and differentiate through with hidden messages, the elements of composition, color, space and movement are handled with her greater sensitivity and her exceptional artistic abilities makes her still life paintings came alive!
For over half a century, Ivy Chaung devoted herself diligently andconscientiously to oil painting. Ivy Chaung graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts in China majoring in Oil Painting; and then she became a teacher in her own school. In the 70’s she was an Art Journalist as well as Editor for the city newspapers. She travels between Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, and the United States for her oil painting creations, projects, and teaching.
